Product specifications, illustrations and demo screens (including the Dashboard Monitoring Platform demo, which uses sample data) are indicative and may change without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, page design and software, is owned by or licensed to Soon Poh or its group companies and is protected by Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 20 of 2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications and other applicable laws. The Soon Poh name and logo are marks of the Soon Poh group. Third-party names and marks, including BeLive, belong to their respective owners.

Some pages of the Website are not publicly listed and are provided only to our licensed customers, for example licence certificate pages linked from software we supply. Such pages are confidential to the licensee. You must not share, publish, alter or misuse them. A licence certificate page only confirms that the licence described on it was issued by Soon Poh. The licence terms themselves are set out in the relevant licence agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our group companies and technology partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer

We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Soon Poh and its group companies are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection where it applies.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Soon Poh against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The amended Terms apply from the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after that date means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably through good-faith consultation (musyawarah untuk mufakat). If it cannot be settled within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan), without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under consumer protection law.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
